We are long-term partners for the industrial businesses that we acquire. We don’t look to resell, we won’t overload the business with debt, and we maintain the company’s brand and location.
We work with management teams to preserve the owner’s legacy and make it even stronger.

We have a flexible approach to ownership.
We can buy 100% of the business, or you can retain a stake of 25% or more, to ensure you also benefit from the long term growth the business can deliver from working together.

What we’re looking for
We look to acquire industrial businesses with revenues between £2 – 15 million. The companies we seek have a secure market position in their industry vertical, strong underlying profitability and average operating profit margins above 10%.
We look to buy 75% or more of the companies we acquire. We prefer that management retains a stake in the business, so that we can share in future growth together.

- Well-diversified customer base
- High level of repeat business
- Clear opportunities for growth
