Duncan was the CEO of XP Power from 2003-2020. Duncan built XP Power to over £1bn in market cap and £300mn in revenue, while focusing on value-add products. While at XP Power, Duncan completed multiple acquisitions. Duncan advises several companies as a non-executive.

Paul is the former CEO of Hill & Smith and CEO of the Safety Sector at Halma. He has a long track record of delivering double digit organic growth, as well as multiple acquisitions at highly successful decentralised industrial businesses.

Reema was an M&A Manager at Halma plc from 2019 to 2024. Prior to her time at Halma, she gained extensive engineering experience in the oil and gas sector, spending over 10 years working on major capital projects with industry leaders such as Chevron, Eni, and Shell plc. She holds a BSc in Civil Engineering, an MSc in Chemical Engineering, and an MBA.

Adrian Clark is Head of Business Risk / Governance at a Global Asset Manager. Adrian brings a range of experience to the team, including a legal background (regulatory / compliance, corporate, M&A) and experience across finance, governance, start-ups. He is CFA qualified.
